For us, it’s important to listen to your requirements, get an understanding of your company culture and work environment, and understand the team fit you are looking for in a candidate. Then we spend time asking the right questions to establish the finer details of the role, as this will help our team build a clear idea of what your perfect new team member needs to have in their tool kit.
With our consultant's knowledge and expertise, we will utilise a range of networks and recruitment tools to provide you with a selection of pre-vetted candidates. We will arrange the candidate shortlist, set up all the interviews, and manage candidates after the interview process. We have a ready-to-go offshore carpentry workforce who have been working in the NZ building industry for over a decade. Our team are fully tooled up and have Site Safe, EWP, and working at heights training.
Our team are willing to travel, come with a can-do attitude, and are happy to work the hours required to get the project done to a high standard. The team is based in Auckland, Wellington, Nelson
and Christchurch.
