About the Role
We’re looking for an organised and hands-on Warehouse & Dispatch Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of a warehouse for a well-established business based on the North Shore.
This is a standalone role suited to someone who can take ownership of their workload, manage incoming and outgoing goods, and ensure stock is handled accurately and efficiently. With a focus on high-value products rather than high-volume distribution, attention to detail, accurate record-keeping and reliable dispatch are essential.
Working closely with the wider business, you’ll oversee stock movements, coordinate local and international shipments, maintain inventory records and ensure all relevant systems and documentation are kept up to date.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking and dispatching goods
- Coordinate local and international shipments, ensuring dispatch documentation is accurate and complete
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock locations and FIFO practices
- Receive and inspect incoming goods, recording stock movements in the ERP system
- Prepare and process stock requests for Service and Production teams
- Operate a forklift to move and handle goods safely
- Maintain accurate paperwork, shipping records and system entries
- Monitor workload and prioritise tasks to ensure goods are processed and dispatched on time
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with health and safety requirements
- Identify practical ways to improve warehouse processes and efficiency
- Previous experience in a warehouse, stores or dispatch role, ideally with responsibility for running day-to-day operations independently
- Strong understanding of inbound and outbound goods, dispatch and inventory control
- Experience with ERP systems or warehouse management software; Abel experience is an advantage
- Confidence managing shipping documentation and maintaining accurate records
- A current forklift licence and practical operating experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly when handling high-value products
- The ability to manage competing priorities and keep work moving without close supervision
- A reliable, proactive approach and a strong commitment to health and safety
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a warehouse operation and play an important role in keeping the wider business running smoothly. You’ll work with a collaborative team, manage a varied workload and have the autonomy to organise your day and ensure everything is handled accurately and efficiently.
If you’re an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys working independently and takes pride in getting the details right, we’d love to hear from you.
