Your new role:

We’re looking for a Talent Consultant to join our Auckland CBD team. This is a people-focused, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with our consultants to help match great candidates with great opportunities and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Sourcing and screening job applicants
  • Scheduling interviews and completing the registration process
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for key roles
  • Posting and refreshing job ads
  • Following up with candidates on timesheets
  • Maintaining a ready-to-go candidate pool
  • Conducting site visits and supporting both clients and candidates onsite
What will help you succeed:
  • You're highly motivated and thrive in a diverse, people-first environment
  • You enjoy fast-paced work and can juggle competing priorities
  • Previous recruitment or sales experience is a plus, but not essential
  • Experience in customer service or admin-heavy roles will be well-regarded
  • You’ve got a positive, proactive attitude and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • You’re currently based in Auckland and available to work full-time from our CBD office
  • You have great communication skills and enjoy connecting with people
  • You’re confident using multiple software systems and digital tools
  • You're well-organised, detail-focused, and can stay on top of compliance and admin tasks
