About the RoleAs a Structural Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing financial and contractual aspects of large-scale structural projects. You’ll work closely with engineers, site teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your expertise in steel and concrete structures and your ability to manage variations, forecasting, and reporting will be critical to success.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience working with steel and concrete on major projects.
- Pre- and post-contract experience, including variations, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strong commercial control and cost management skills.
