About the Roles
STMS (Site Traffic Management Supervisor)
As an STMS, you’ll take charge of traffic management operations on-site. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising traffic management crews
- Ensuring compliance with approved Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)
- Managing site safety for workers and the public
- Coordinating with contractors and project managers to keep work flowing smoothly
- Problem-solving on the go and maintaining clear communication
TMO (Traffic Management Operative)
As a TMO, you’ll be hands-on in setting up and maintaining traffic management systems. Your tasks include:
- Installing and removing signs, cones, and barriers
- Monitoring traffic flow and ensuring public safety
- Assisting STMS with site operations
- Responding quickly to changes and hazards on-site
- Maintaining equipment and following health and safety protocols

What We’re Looking For
- Valid STMS Level A/B/C or TMO qualification
- Current driver’s license (Class 1 essential, Class 2 preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Strong commitment to health and safety
