About the Role: We are currently seeking experienced Steel Erectors to join our team on a range of commercial construction projects across the Wellington region. This role involves installing and assembling structural steel components on-site while working alongside a professional construction team.

Key Responsibilities
- Erect and install structural steel components such as beams, columns, and frames
- Read and interpret construction drawings and plans
- Work safely at heights using harnesses and safety equipment
- Assist with rigging, bolting, and aligning steel structures
- Work closely with crane operators and other trades on site
- Maintain a strong focus on health and safety standards
- Proven experience as a Steel Erector or Structural Steel Installer
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Experience working at heights
- Good physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor environments
- Site Safe passport (preferred)
- EWP, Working at Heights, or Rigging tickets are advantageous
- Reliable transport and a strong work ethic
- Applicants must be New Zealand Citizens, New Zealand Permanent Residents, New Zealand Residents, or Open Work Visa Holders without restrictions
- Competitive hourly rates - $28 to $32 per hour (depending on experience)
