Solar Farm Workers – North Island
We are recruiting  skilled Solar Farm Workers  for major renewable energy projects all around the North Island  area. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a fast‑growing sector and contribute to one of New Zealand’s key solar developments. You will be part of a large‑scale solar farm construction team, working across installation, assembly, and labouring tasks. Candidates with hands‑on experience in utility‑scale solar projects will be prioritised.

Project Locations | Ngā Wāhi Kaupapa
We are currently recruiting for projects located across North Auckland, Taupō, and Palmerston North, with opportunities available throughout Aotearoa.

Roles Available | Ngā Tūranga
We are seeking experienced candidates for the following roles:
  • Experienced Labourers
  • Telehandler Operators (WTR required)
  • Skid Steer Operators (WTR required)
  • Site Management
  • Quality Assurance Team Members
 Key Requirements | Ngā Pūmanawa Matua
  • Proven experience working on  solar farm construction
  • Strong knowledge of NEXTracker   System mounting and tracking systems
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced outdoor environment
  • Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual tasks
  • Commitment to safety and teamwork
  • International solar experience is valued, but only people eligible to work in NZ will be considered
  • Rights to work in New Zealand
  • A strong commitment to hauora me te haumaru (health and safety) and teamwork
 Responsibilities | Ngā Kawenga
  • Assembly and installation of solar mounting structures
  • Installation of solar modules
  • Torquing, alignment, and quality checks
  • Assisting with tracker system setup ( NEXTracker)
  • General site labouring and support tasks
  • Following all site safety procedures and reporting requirements
