We are recruiting skilled Solar Farm Workers for major renewable energy projects all around the North Island area. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a fast‑growing sector and contribute to one of New Zealand’s key solar developments. You will be part of a large‑scale solar farm construction team, working across installation, assembly, and labouring tasks. Candidates with hands‑on experience in utility‑scale solar projects will be prioritised.

Roles Available | Ngā Tūranga
We are seeking experienced candidates for the following roles:
- Experienced Labourers
- Telehandler Operators (WTR required)
- Skid Steer Operators (WTR required)
- Site Management
- Quality Assurance Team Members
- Proven experience working on solar farm construction
- Strong knowledge of NEXTracker System mounting and tracking systems
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced outdoor environment
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual tasks
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- International solar experience is valued, but only people eligible to work in NZ will be considered
- Rights to work in New Zealand
- A strong commitment to hauora me te haumaru (health and safety) and teamwork
- Assembly and installation of solar mounting structures
- Installation of solar modules
- Torquing, alignment, and quality checks
- Assisting with tracker system setup ( NEXTracker)
- General site labouring and support tasks
- Following all site safety procedures and reporting requirements
