Multiple Roles | Ongoing Work | Weekly Pay

Our Northland team is growing! We’re looking for skilled labourers to join an ongoing solar farm project in Kaitaia. This is a great opportunity to work on a large-scale, sustainable energy development and build long-term career potential in a rapidly growing industry.

About the Role:

You’ll be supporting the build and installation of solar infrastructure, which includes carrying materials such as solar panels and metal framing, assisting with assembly, and performing general site tasks. This is a physical, hands-on role that requires good fitness, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in varying outdoor conditions. You’ll also be expected to use power tools, follow safety procedures, and work closely with a team to meet project deadlines. Work is Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in labouring or construction
• Confident using power tools and performing general site work
• Site Safe certified (or willing to obtain)
• Civil or solar farm experience is a strong advantage
• Reliable transport and ability to get to site
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test

• Starting rate from $25+ per hour (based on experience)
