The Role
We are seeking skilled and experienced Carpenters to join our clients’ teams in the Wellington region.
This is a full-time role offering work across residential, commercial, and civil construction — including new builds, renovations, formwork, and roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Timber and steel framing
  • Floor and wall construction
  • Roof framing, truss installation, and re-roofing
  • Formwork, concrete boxing, and steel fixing
  • Interior and exterior fit-outs
  • Joinery, cladding, and weatherboard installation
  • Architraves, skirting, and finishing carpentry
  • Decking, fencing, and other outdoor structures
  • Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
  • Maintaining site safety and high-quality standards
You’ll have the chance to work on diverse projects, showcase your full carpentry and roofing expertise, and take pride in creating quality structures from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years’ carpentry experience(trade qualification preferred)
  • Full set of tools and reliable transport
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Clean criminal record and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • (Desirable) Site Safe Passport and other relevant trade tickets
  • Good communication skills and reliability on site
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety and quality
