We’re looking for a  Senior Recruitment Consultant  to join our team and lead the charge in sourcing top talent for New Zealand’s civil construction sector. This is a unique opportunity for someone with deep industry knowledge and established relationships to take ownership of a high-performing desk.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for civil construction roles, from labourer's to operators and beyond.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Leveraging your industry connections to identify opportunities and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Providing market insights and strategic advice to clients.
• Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to team growth.

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally at a senior level.
• Strong understanding of the civil construction industry in New Zealand.
• Existing relationships with key industry players.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
