We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter/BDM to run a full 360 desk across temp and permanent recruitment in Auckland and the wider region.
This role suits someone who already has a strong local network and wants to put it to work straight away, with a national team behind them.
What you’ll be doing
- Running a full 360 desk across temporary/labour hire and permanent placements
- Winning new clients and growing existing accounts across Auckland and surrounding areas
- Building and maintaining a strong pool of quality candidates
- Managing job orders through to placement, including client and candidate care afterwards
- Overseeing temp workforce needs, including compliance, onboarding and timesheets
- Getting out on site and meeting clients face to face, because that’s how this industry works
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in labour hire, trades, construction, infrastructure or industrial sectors
- An established Auckland client and candidate network
- A track record in business development and winning new business
- Experience across both temp and perm, or strong experience in one with a willingness to own both
- Drive, resilience and a commercial mindset. You enjoy hitting targets and work well autonomously.
- A full NZ driver’s licence
