What You’ll Bring We are looking for someone who can confidently hit the ground running, taking ownership of projects from inception through to completion. You will ideally offer:
- Extensive experience in pre- and post-contract administration, with solid exposure to the commercial construction sector
- A minimum of 12 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying (flexibility depending on capability and project history)
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to provide accurate forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery within budget and scope
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
