These are senior leadership roles for experienced professionals who take pride in quality delivery, strong on-site leadership, and exceptional project outcomes within the luxury residential space.
The Roles
• Lead delivery of multi-million-dollar luxury residential developments
• Drive programme, quality, safety, and overall site performance
• Manage consultants, contractors, and key project stakeholders
• Take ownership from pre-construction and early works through to completion
• Ensure commercial oversight and delivery aligned with development objectives
What You’ll Bring
• Proven experience delivering high-end or architecturally complex residential projects
• Experience working client-side or closely with developers
• Strong commercial acumen and programme management capability
• Confident leadership style with clear communication skills
• Solid New Zealand construction experience is essential
