We’re looking for an experienced Sealing Roller Operator
to join a road surfacing and sealing crew based in Hamilton.
This is a hands-on civil role where you’ll operate a PTR roller as part of a sealing crew, working alongside operators and ground staff.
What you’ll be doing
• Operating a PTR roller during road sealing operations
• Compacting road surfaces safely and to a high standard
• Following vehicle movement plans and crew instructions
• Completing basic equipment checks
• Working safely around trucks and heavy machinery
• Helping the crew with hands-on tasks when required
What you need
• Full Class 2 NZ Driver Licence
• Current WTR endorsement
• Previous roller operating experience
• Civil, roading, sealing or road surfacing experience
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Reliable, safety-focused and a good team player
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Able to pass a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check
• Right to work in New Zealand
You must be able to stay away from home for extended periods when required and be available to work some weekends, including Sundays.
