Roofer – Wellington
Wellington| $30–$35 per hour| Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role You’ll be responsible for installing long-run metal and membrane roofing systems (TPO, Butynol, Torch-On), re-roofing, and minor roof-related works like spouting, fascia, and downpipes. You’ll either work independently or as part of a crew under the guidance of a Roofing Foreman.

Duties Include:

• Long-run and membrane roof installation
• Flashing work (toe, head, apron, ridge, barge, etc.)
• Re-roofing and drainage (downpipes, spouting)
• Roof and gutter cleaning
• Working from plans and measuring accurately
• Keeping job notes updated via SimPRO
• Complying with all H&S site protocols

• 3+ years of experience in roofing (qualified or certifying preferred)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Site Safe, Working at Heights, and EWP tickets (or willing to obtain)
• Physically fit and able to work at heights
• Confident communicator who works well with others
• Must be a New Zealand Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Resident

• $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience
