About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Recruitment Manager to join our Auckland office at Tech 5. This is a pivotal role where you’ll help lead, shape, and grow our Auckland team, while maintaining your own desk and contributing directly to business success.
You’ll play a key part in mentoring consultants, building capability, and driving performance in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
This role reports directly to our Operations Director and is critical to the continued growth and success of our Auckland operation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters in Auckland
- Driving growth of the branch through strategic leadership
- Maintaining your own recruitment desk
- Coaching and developing team members
- Building strong client relationships and expanding business opportunities
- Creating a high-performance, supportive, and collaborative team culture
- Proven background in agency recruitment
- Experience leading teams, ideally in a recruitment environment
- Established network and ability to drive business development
- Passionate about mentoring and developing others
- Energetic, positive, and team-focused mindset
- A natural leader who thrives on growth and results
