What you'll be doing
- Managing project costs from tender through to final account
- Preparing and reviewing subcontractor packages and procurement schedules
- Contract administration and variation management
- Cost forecasting, reporting and budgeting
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Working closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Quantity Surveying experience within New Zealand commercial construction
- Strong understanding of NZ construction contracts and processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- High attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Either currently based in Queenstown or actively committed to relocating
