Tech 5 are looking for Qualified or Experienced Carpenters for a busy commercial building company who have a large project in Timaru starting May!
You must be reliable, a good communicator and have a positive attitude towards your work. This is an immediate start role.
The ideal candidate would be located in Timaru or in the surrounding areas.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Experienced or qualified carpenter (ideally 1-2 years) who isn’t afraid of hard, demanding work.
Once on site, you will be given multiple opportunities to showcase your skills with duties that include, but are not limited to:
- Site clean-up & Preparation of site
- Timber or Steel Framing
- Flooring
- Formwork and steel fixing
- Fit outs and joinery
- Exterior cladding
- Architraves & Steel stud work
- Interior finishing work
- Own drivers’ licence + transport preferred
- Site Safe required
- Clean criminal record
- Able to pass a Pre-Employment drug test
- Two work related references
