With a major project kicking off in Drury and more work in the pipeline, we are looking to bring on both an experienced Project Manager and a capable Site Manager to join the team.

The Roles:
Project Manager
You will take ownership of projects from early planning through to delivery, working closely with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Key focus areas include:
- End-to-end project delivery
- Procurement and subcontractor management
- Programme and cost control
- Stakeholder and client engagement
- Exposure to design coordination and buildability input
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key focus areas include:
- Site coordination and supervision of trades
- Programme delivery and sequencing
- Health & safety leadership
- Quality control and site documentation
- Working closely with the Project Manager and wider team
- Have proven experience in commercial construction
- Are confident managing projects/sites from start to finish
- Bring a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
- Have exposure to design and understand the full project lifecycle
- Communicate well and build strong relationships on site and with stakeholders
