About the Role
You will take ownership of commercial construction projects across the full lifecycle, with a strong focus on pre-construction planning, programme management, labour coordination, delivery, and project close-out.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion and close-out.
- Developing, maintaining, and driving detailed construction programmes.
- Managing labour requirements and subcontractor performance.
- Coordinating clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Holding stakeholders accountable to agreed timeframes and deliverables.
- Monitoring budgets, timelines, quality, and contractual requirements.
- Managing reporting, documentation, handover, and post-construction obligations.
Essential for This Role
- Proven Project Management experience within commercial construction.
- Strong construction programming and programme management capabilities are a must for this role.
- Pre and Post construction.
- Collaborative approach to managing labour and subcontractor relationships.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to take projects through to successful completion and close-out.
You will be organised, commercially minded, and confident leading projects and people. You will bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach and a personable communication style that allows you to build trusted relationships while maintaining accountability.
