Project Manager – Major Construction Projects  
Location: Wellington (with regional site travel)
Annual Salary:$150,000 – $180,000 + KiwiSaver + ongoing training
About the Role We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading construction company for an experienced Project Manager to deliver large-scale build and infrastructure projects across Wellington and the surrounding region.

You will:

• Manage full project lifecycle: planning, procurement, consenting, construction, and handover
• Oversee project budgets, scheduling, H&S compliance, and quality assurance
• Coordinate subcontractors, site staff, and stakeholders
• Ensure smooth communication with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities

• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management (commercial, residential, or civil)
• Proven track record of delivering multimillion-dollar projects on time and on budget
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, or project management
• Familiarity with NZ Building Code, local consents processes, and Health & Safety legislation

• A New Zealand Citizen
• A New Zealand Resident
• A New Zealand Permanent Resident
• And already based in New Zealand.
