Your New Company

Your New Role:
As their new Project Manager, you will take full ownership of field service programmes across the Lower North Island and into Marlborough.
You will be responsible for programme management, client liaison, commercial performance and safe operational delivery, ensuring works are completed efficiently, data is captured accurately, and crews operate to the highest safety and quality standards.
You will manage multiple crews delivering CCTV inspections, flushing programmes and hydro excavation works across wastewater and stormwater networks, balancing reactive and planned workstreams while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end project delivery
- Programme and budget management
- Leadership of site teams
- Client and council liaison
- Contract administration and commercial oversight
- Ensuring compliance with HSEQ and industry standards
About You
You will bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Proven experience delivering civil infrastructure or pipeline projects
- Experience in water, wastewater, or stormwater
- Strong commercial and contractual acumen
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capability
- A track record of delivering projects safely and profitably
