Manufacturing Administration Support (Joinery & Frame & Truss)
Full-time | 40 hours per week | Based in Richmond (Lower Queen Street)

We’re working with Building Connexion Limited, better known as ITM, to support the well-established and growing manufacturing side of their business who are looking to bring on a key support person into their team. This is a newly created role, offering plenty of variety and the chance to really make it your own.

This isn’t your standard admin job. Think more along the lines of a right-hand support to the Manufacturing Manager — someone who can keep things running smoothly across the joinery and frame & truss operations.

You’ll be involved in everything from payroll and production admin through to coordinating deliveries and supporting inventory processes. It’s a nicely busy, fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.

What you’ll be doing:
·        Supporting day-to-day manufacturing administration and production documentation
·        Processing sales orders, purchase orders, payroll, and timesheets
·        Coordinating customer enquiries, deliveries, and job/site documentation
·        Assisting with inventory control and stocktakes
·        Supporting reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
·        Maintaining accurate Health & Safety records
·        Liaising with suppliers, customers, contractors, and internal teams

What we’re looking for:
·        Solid admin experience, ideally in a manufacturing or timber environment
·        Someone who understands how credits and invoicing processes work
·        Strong MS Office skills and excellent attention to detail
·        Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple priorities
·        Highly organised with a proactive, can-do attitude
·        Bonus points if you’ve worked in the timber, joinery, or frame & truss space
