This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you'll play a key part in ensuring maintenance works are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. • Managing technician and subcontractor schedules to ensure resources are allocated effectively
  • Maintaining accurate job records, reporting, and updates within SIMPRO
  • Building strong relationships with clients and providing regular communication on job progress
  • Supporting compliance, health and safety requirements, and the day-to-day operations of the maintenance function
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience coordinating commercial maintenance, facilities maintenance, trades services, or building services work
  • SIMPRO experience is essential
  • Experience scheduling field staff and managing competing priorities
  • A solid understanding of maintenance workflows and service delivery
  • Excellent communication and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A collaborative, team-focused approach
  • The ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
What's on Offer:
  • Join a respected and growing business with a strong reputation in the commercial construction sector
  • Supportive team environment
  • Competitive salary package
If you're an experienced Maintenance Coordinator with SIMPRO knowledge and enjoy being the person who keeps everything running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
