ITM has partnered exclusively with Tech 5 Recruitment in their search for an experienced Joinery Foreman for their Richmond based factory.
About the Role
This vital role is newly created, and is a hands-on, on-the-tools position at the heart of ITM’s busy, modern and custom-built joinery factory. Your core mission:
- Work closely with project delivery dates
- Organise and motivate a skilled team of 14.
- Personally contribute to manufacturing top-quality joinery
- Ensure every job is finished on time and to the highest standard

- Flexibility, professionalism, and a genuine passion for delivering quality joinery.
What You’ll Need
- Ideally a completed Joinery trade qualification, but certainly at least 5 years’ joinery experience (ideally 3+ years in a NZ factory)
- Proven ability to lead and instruct a team
- Confidence to read, understand, and work from plans
- A genuine “can-do” attitude, a hands-on work ethic, and pride in your workmanship
