About the Role;
As an Interior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of interior and fit-out packages across a range of commercial projects. You will work closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure interiors are delivered to programme and budget. Your experience across finishes, partitions, ceilings, joinery, services coordination, and variations will be key to your success.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor working on interior fit-out or commercial building projects
- Strong understanding of interior trades and finishes (partitions, ceilings, joinery, finishes, etc.)
- Pre- and post-contract experience including procurement, variations, forecasting, and cost reporting
- Solid commercial acumen with the ability to manage multiple packages simultaneously
- Confident communication skills to liaise with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients
