We are seeking motivated and experienced Mechanical Labourers with a background in solar installations to join an upcoming project in Auckland. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in mechanical labour, particularly in the solar industry. Training in working from heights is preferred but not essential.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar panels and systems.
• Perform mechanical tasks related to solar installations, including mounting and securing panels.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently, adhering to company and industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare materials for installation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to solar installations.

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Labourer, preferably in the solar industry.
• Ability to work from heights; training in working from heights is a plus.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Valid driver's license.
