Our client has a busy period coming up and are looking for Hammerhands and Carpenters to assist in their Frame and Truss Plant. You don't need to have any previous experience, as there will be full training and support offered.
They have morning, afternoon and night shifts available, so can be flexible around your lifestyle! Bonus; you won’t have to worry about the cold, wet weather during Winter!
ABOUT THE ROLE
Working in the factory alongside advanced tools and machinery to assemble frames and trusses, specifically timber flooring cassettes. Tasks may include, but aren’t limited to:
- Reading plans and assembling pre-cut timber
- Frame and Truss fabrication
- Quality assurance of materials
- Using latest saw technology for accuracy and presentation
- Manual handling and heavy lifting
- Working in a fast paced production environment
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a Trade preferred
- Own drivers’ licence + transport
- Ability to use Power and Hand tools
- Reliable and good work ethic
- If you have your forklift license this is a BONUS
