Frame and Truss Fabricator
Full-time | 40 hours per week | Based in Richmond (Lower Queen Street)
We’re working with with Building Connexion Limited, better known as ITM, to support the well-established and growing manufacturing side of their business. We are looking for a Frame & Truss Fabricator to join their team at their brand-new, purpose-built manufacturing facility in Richmond. This is not just another factory role — it is an opportunity to be part of a high-performing operation where quality, teamwork, and efficiency are key.
You will be part of a busy and collaborative production environment, contributing to the manufacture of frames and trusses that support residential and commercial construction projects. No two days are quite the same, and you will play an important role in keeping production running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
· Manufacturing timber frames and trusses to specification
· Reading and interpreting plans and production documentation
· Operating tools and machinery safely and efficiently
· Ensuring quality standards are consistently met
· Working collaboratively with the wider manufacturing team
· Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
What we’re looking for:
· Previous experience in frame & truss or timber manufacturing and the use of nailguns
· Physically fit and capable of handling manual work
· A quick learner with strong attention to detail
· A reliable team player with a positive, can-do attitude
· Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines
