About the Role
Working closely with the Development Manager and Project Manager, you will oversee day-to-day site activity across multi-unit residential builds while remaining hands-on where required. You will coordinate contractors, manage short-term programming, monitor build quality, and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification. The team operates with clear processes, high expectations, and strong site standards, and this role is central to maintaining that approach on site.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Working Foreman, Foreman, or Senior Leading Hand
- Background delivering residential units, apartments, or townhouses at a commercial scale
- Strong trade background with a practical, detail-driven approach
- Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and trades while maintaining structure and accountability
- Strong understanding of sequencing, quality control, and health & safety
- Confidence working within a process-driven environment with high standards and expectations
