What You’ll Bring We’re looking for a commercially minded QS who can work confidently across all stages of project delivery. You will ideally have:
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to assess risk and ensure accurate cost control
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence dealing with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- A proactive, self-managing approach, able to take ownership of tasks and contribute to project success
- Previous experience in the New Zealand construction sector (commercial or mixed-use preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
