We’re on the lookout for skilled Digger Operators to join a busy subdivision project in Henderson. Kicking off in four weeks, you’ll be involved in trenching for services, bulk earthworks, site prep, and detailed excavation, hands-on work across different stages of the project.

Key responsibilities:

• Operating excavators for trenching and backfilling of utilities
• Bulk earthworks and site preparation
• Final trim and detailed excavation
• Working around live services with care
• Daily machine checks and basic maintenance

• Proven experience operating diggers on civil/subdivision projects
• WTR endorsement (required)
• Able to work confidently in and around confined or sloped areas
• Physically fit and willing to assist on the ground if needed
• Reliable transport and availability for 7:00 AM starts
• Ability to pass a drug test
