About the Role:
Our client, a leading property maintenance company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Painter to join their team in Christchurch. This role involves working on a variety of commercial properties, ensuring high-quality finishes and maintaining the professional appearance of their assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform painting and surface preparation on commercial buildings and facilities.
- Carry out maintenance painting, touch-ups, and repairs as required.
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other trades and team members to deliver projects on time.
- Proven experience in commercial painting and property maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices.
- Full NZ driver’s license.
- Ability to pass required pre-employment checks
