What Tech 5 are looking for
- Technically capable Class 2, 4 or 5 drivers
- Experience with reversing, jack-knifing, and technical driving skills
- Experience using a variety of gearboxes
- Strong communication skills, punctuality, and reliability
- Civil construction experience (1–2 years) is highly regarded
- Honest, hardworking, and reliable
- Reliable transport
