We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Civil Labourers and Machine Operators for multiple ongoing projects across Auckland. With a strong pipeline of work ahead, we are looking to grow our teams immediately.

- General Civil Labourers
- Concrete Workers / Formwork Assistants
- Asphalt Labourers / Roading Crew
- Digger / Excavator Operators
- Tipper Truck Drivers
- Drainage & Earthworks Labourers
- Skilled Civil Operators (various machines)
- Competitive pay rates depending on experience and role
- Ongoing work across multiple Auckland sites
- Opportunity to work on a variety of civil projects
- Supportive crews and strong pipeline of work
- Previous civil construction experience preferred (labourers through to operators)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test
- Reliable transport / own vehicle essential
- Full Class 1 driver’s licence (Class 2–5 advantageous for driving roles)
- Site Safe or ConstructSafe certification, or willingness to obtain
- Strong work ethic and reliability
