Roles Available:
1. 2T – 8T Excavator Operator
- Infrastructure maintenance work
- Strong experience in bulk loading and trenching
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in tight environments
2. 35T Loader Operator
- Earthworks environment
- Preferably experienced with load scales
- Confident handling bulk material efficiently and safely
3. 5T – 35T Excavator Operator (All-Rounder)
- Capable across a wide range of tasks
- Bulk loading, trenching, and final trim
- Water tables, GPS work, and pipe laying
- Someone who can step into any job and deliver quality results
4. 4T & 8T Roller Operator
- Experience operating double steel drum rollers and hand rollers
- Compaction work across civil and earthworks sites
- Attention to detail to ensure quality finish and compliance
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in civil or earthworks projects
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to safety and quality
Be Physically fit and ok with working in all types of weather
Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen and a satisfactory Ministry of Justice check.
