What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with asphalt and chipseal work
- General civil labouring duties on roading projects
- Raking, shovelling, and site clean-up
- Supporting machine operators and asphalt crews
- Working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Following Health & Safety procedures on site
- Previous asphalt, chipseal, or civil labouring experience
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on labouring experience preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable with demanding outdoor work
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong work ethic and good attitude
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Own reliable transport
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Clean criminal record
- Valid NZ work rights
- Competitive hourly rates based on experience
