John comes to us with a wealth of knowledge in legislation through his time with the NZ Police and as the Senior Prosecutor for the Department of Corrections. He is a proven Employment Law Advocate with a phenomenal success rate in this field, leading our HR and Health & Safety Teams in the process.

​In his spare time, John was also part of the New Zealand Rugby National Referee Squad and currently works with them as a Sideline/Referee Manager for Super Rugby and International Tests. John is also currently one of the top Touch Rugby Referees in the World. He is supported by his beautiful family and loves a challenge.
