The Tech 5 team are looking to expand and are moving into the Hamilton market! We are on the lookout for a switched on and ambitious Resource Administrator/Talent Consultant to support our Senior Consultant in Hamilton with servicing our candidates and clients in the below sectors.
  • Construction & Civil
  • Manufacturing
  • Transport & Logistics
  • Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing
With a wide portfolio of jobs that need great candidates, you will be using tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, online job boards, network events, and the telephone to contact potential job seekers, and assessing their suitability to meet our clients needs.

About the role:
  • Candidate interviews
  • Booking candidates into assignments and sending confirmations
  • Being efficiently able to manage and fill last minute jobs, and make quick decisions
  • Writing and posting adverts
  • Social media marketing
  • Timesheet collection and processing
  • Compliance
  • Ensuring all relevant systems and paperwork is completed and records kept up to date
  • Preparing Tech 5 candidate profiles
  • CV formatting
  • General administrative tasks

Skills & Experience:
  • A passion to connect with people, hardworking attitude, and the desire to learn and develop.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and an interest in a recruitment career would also be of benefit.
  • Ability to effectively handle pressure and consistently meet deadlines
  • Strong resilience and the ability to take on a challenge
  • A very high level of organisational and administrative skills including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, and Salesforce would be advantageous
  • A great attitude, confidence and proactiveness with a high energy work ethic
  • A fast learner with strong attention to detail
  • Previous knowledge of any of the above industries or previous recruitment experience would be beneficial
  • A full clean driving licence
