They are a rapidly growing company who are now in need of a Service Delivery Manager to assist with managing their increasing workload and staffing numbers.

About the role:
  • Leading teams of technicians doing install and maintenance works
  • Mentoring and training the technicians
  • Be a part of the Auckland service management team
  • Dealing with clients and facility managers
  • Managing resources and deadlines
  • Maintaining and improving on both internal and external relationships
  • Implementing new systems and improving processes
  • Scheduling work and ensuring it's kept to a high standard
  • Regular reports to the Service Manager
  • Ensuring high health and safety standards, and company systems are adhered to

Skills and Experience:
  • Need to have proven experience in a similar management position
  • Ideally have some form of electrical or mechanical experience, or a qualification in these sectors, as this is quite a technical role
  • Experience with job management and scheduling, and implementing systems
  • An excellent understanding of service work components and deliverables
  • Experience managing teams of up to 10 staff
  • Strong customer focus, communications skills and the ability to manage relationships
  • Proven leadership skills and be able to handle high-pressure environments with excellent decision making and time management skills
  • Must have great attention to detail, be an excellent multi-tasker and take pride in your work
  • Strong health and safety background
  • Passion to learn and grow within the business
  • Have a positive approach, and open to assisting with change
