About the company:
Our client is a company based in Avondale that specialise in LED lighting. They are 25 years old and have grown in the market as a leading lighting supplier with a focus on brilliant customer service. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and bubbly Sales Support Assistant to join their vibrant team. 

About the role:
The duties will involve:
  • Processing quote requests
  • Answering product enquires via email/phone
  • Full-filling sales representatives requests  
  • Process sales orders when required 
  • Answer overflow/cover of incoming sales calls 
  • Dispatch support when required
  • General administration and office support
  • Reporting to the General Manager.

Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role – preferably 2 years plus
  • Sales support and customer service experience
  • Exceptional administrative skills
  • MS Office skills including excellent Excel
  • Must have a good sense of humour and enjoy providing exceptional customer service


  • $30 - $32 per hour an hour depending on experience
