About the company:
Locally owned and operated, with over 20 years in the Electrical industry. Our client are leading experts in their field and are always looking to the future. They pride themselves on their excellent service provided to their clients and their high health and safety standards.

Their head office is based in Christchurch; however, they cover many locations over the South Island. With multiple projects in the pipeline, they are looking to take on a Qualified Electrician in a permanent, full-time position.

About the role:

• Power supply networks & Wiring
• Building installations
• Wiring loom networks for data hardware installations
• Project design
• Lighting upgrades, repairs, and maintenance
• Emergency lighting
• Electrical Testing and Tagging as per AS/NZS standards
• Switchboard maintenance
• UPS installation, maintenance, and testing
• DC power systems
• General electrical repairs

Skills and Experience:
- A current NZ Electrical Registration and Practising Licence
- Must have commercial and residential site experience
- Valid Site Safe and EWP Licence would be beneficial
- Must have your own hand and power tools
- Own reliable transport
- No past criminal convictions
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment drug test
