ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a locally owned, medium-sized construction company specialising in foundations, excavation, and demolition in both the commercial and residential spaces. They have dozens of projects in the pipeline and are therefore looking for a Project Administrator to join their team in a permanent, full-time position.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Their ideal Project Administrator will have minimum three years’ administration experience, be highly organised, have exceptional communication skills and be a team player.
As the Project Administrator you will have strong computer literacy, be able to manage multiple tasks and have a high attention to detail so that you can provide great support to the Project and Site Managers with the day-to-day administration. Please note that this is a fast-paced environment so you must be able to work well under pressure.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?
·        A full Drivers Licence is essential
·        Highly organised and efficient
·        Experience working in a fast-paced environment
·        Great attention to details
·        Contract administration experience would be beneficial
·        Some construction knowledge would be beneficial
·        Ability to use your initiative and stay one step ahead at all times

The successful applicant will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and be eligible to work in New Zealand.
