About the role & duties:

As a Production Engineer, you will report directly to the Production Manager and be responsible for:
  • Ensure all machines, molds & ancillary are operating efficiently
  • Maintenance & monitoring of all equipment, providing technical support to all operators including troubleshooting
  • Liaising with local & overseas suppliers
  • Working cross-functionally with Factory Manager to comply with LEAN competitive manufacturing practices
  • Health & safety compliance and SOP training for new staff
Skills & Experience:
  • Qualified mechanical engineer or equivalent
  • Previous experience working with thin wall injection molding with strong technical knowledge
  • Passionate about the industry is also a requirement, if you are someone that loves to roll up your sleeves and get things done, this is the right company for you!
