They cover the entire process from the design stage all the way through to installation and maintenance, which is what makes their customer service stand out above others.

Due to their growing work load they are now looking for an enthusiastic, experienced development manager to lead their business forward.

About the role:
  • Selling security alarm and fire alarm systems to businesses
  • Taking on new clients, and keeping them up to date with the newest technologies
  • Meeting KPI’s and targets set amongst the team as well as personal goals
  • A technical understanding of alarm system units
  • Maintaining and building on existing client relationships and creating new opportunities within these
  • Ensuring high health and safety standards, and company systems are adhered to at all times
  • Setting us apart from our competitors by looking into new opportunities with new products and high end solutions for our clients

Skills and Experience:
  • Must have previous sales or business development experience, preferably with security alarm or fire alarm units
  • Must be technically minded, ideally with a strong technical understanding of alarm systems from the design to placement and installation and be able to keep up to date with the newest technologies
  • Competent using computers and computer applications such as Microsoft Office
  • Ability to meet targets and work closely to KPI’s
  • Need to be adaptable and open to change and new ideas
  • Be able to work autonomously and be honest and trustworthy
  • Be willing to go the extra mile and work out of hours as needed
  • Be professional, well presented with a positive attitude and high levels of communication
  • Excellent relationship building skills and customer service
  • Able to think on your feet and get along well with everyone
  • MUST have a full clean drivers license
