About the role:
  • All round data management of the clients systems, as well as upgrades and maintenance as required
  • Producing and providing regular reports from the RAMM and Access Database for the Project Manager and Clients
  • IT Troubleshooting and assisting internal staff with tablet software issues and upgrades
  • Customer service both internal and external
  • Ensuring health and safety policies are followed to a high standard
  • Any additional duties that may be required in order to assist the team

Skills and Experience:
  • Proven IT and data management experience, ideally in the electrical or streetlighting space
  • Experience managing, upgrading, and troubleshooting multiple systems and running reports
  • Must have a minimum of 1-2 years administration and customer service experience
  • Ideally experience using RAMM software but training may be offered for the right candidate
  • Excellent computer skills and be competent using Microsoft Office in particular Word, Excel and Access, as well as a range of other software
  • Strong customer focus and good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Must have a can do attitude and be a team player, happy to assist the team
  • A strong understanding of workplace Health and Safety
  • Must be currently living in NZ with a valid work VISA
