Our client is a locally owned car rental company with multiple branches nationwide.We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in sunny Nelson.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a crucial member of this well-known business.


• checking and processing the overnight online bookings

• preparing rental quotes and reservations

• processing of rental agreements for customers 

• greeting and engaging customers with a positive and friendly attitude


• live and breathe customer excellence

• computer literacy skills required

• experience in a fast-paced role

• excellent verbal and written communication


• work hours 07:30am – 4pm Monday to Friday

• excellent pay rate

• working in a small team

• permanent stable position
