Our client is a well know company that has been around for over 40 years providing HVAC and Refrigeration services to residential and commercial clients. They cover the entire process from the design stage all the way through to maintenance which is what makes their customer service stand out above others.

They put their success down to their communication and their passion for the industry. Due to their growing team they are now looking for an enthusiastic, technically minded Business Manager to drive their company to success.

About the role:
  • Assisting in creating and implementing a sales plan 
  • Supporting the leadership team
  • Maintaining and building on existing client relationships and creating new opportunities within these
  • Reporting, financial analysis and providing the General Manager with regular updates
  • Monitor sales and margins
  • Build on the existing company image
  • Customer audits
  • Health & Safety documentation and reporting
  • Ensuring high health and safety standards, and company systems are adhered to at all times

Skills and Experience:
  • Must have proven sales or business development experience in a team manager or leadership position
  • Must be technically minded, ideally with a strong technical understanding of HVAC units, and open to learning in depth about the company product range
  • Need to be adaptable, able to manage change and bring new ideas
  • Strong business understanding and industry expertise
  • Be willing to go the extra mile and work out of hours as needed
  • Be professional, well presented with a positive attitude and excellent communication
  • Able to think on your feet, excellent problem solving skills and get along well with everyone
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety and setting standards
