Job description

Our client is the largest privately-owned farm machinery network in Australasia and are leading providers of agricultural machinery throughout Australia and New Zealand. They are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their head office in Avonhead, in an immediate start position.  

Their ideal Administrator will have minimum three years’ administration experience, be highly organised, have exceptional communication skills and have a passion for providing quality customer service to customers.  

As the teams Administrator you will have strong computer literacy, can quickly learn in-house software systems, be able to manage multiple tasks and have a high attention to detail so that you can provide great support to the Senior office team. Please note that this is a fast-paced environment so you must be able to work well under pressure. 

Some tasks required of you include, but aren’t limited to: 
  • Undertake all administration duties as allocated by Senior team 
  • Organise shipments of agricultural goods 
  • Ensure transition of goods through customs runs smoothly 
  • Prepare purchase orders and invoices for clients 
  • Provide support with coordinating onsite training 
  • Support Health & Safety initiatives
