Looking for a new and exciting role in your accounting career but can only commit to part time hours? Our client is a company based in Avondale that specialise in LED lighting. They are 25 years old and have grown in the market as a lighting supplier with a focus on brilliant customer service.


About the role:

Based in Avondale in West Auckland the client is looking for an enthusiastic and bubbly Accounts Administrator to join their vibrant team. You will be reporting to the General Manager.

The duties will involve:
  • Accounts receivable and payable
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Processing supplier payments
  • Process employee payroll payments
  • Data entry
  • Answering phone calls and dealing with enquires
  • General office administration

Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role – preferably 2 years plus
  • Good level of understanding of accounting functions
  • Exceptional administrative skills
  • Good customer service skills/experience
  • MS Office skills including excellent Excel
  • Use of Accredo software is not essential but an advantage
·      Must have a good sense of humour and enjoy providing exceptional customer service
